Peritovia is a web app for inspecting vehicle claims. It brings interviews, photos, the sketch, policy values and the technical analysis into a single file, and produces the report in each insurer's format.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Peritovia runs in the browser on your phone or PC and can be installed as an app from that same browser (Android, iPhone and Windows).
What if there's no signal at the accident scene?
Recordings are saved on the phone and upload by themselves when the connection returns. You can keep working without losing anything.
Can I use my insurer's report format?
Yes. During implementation we adapt your Word template, your legal wording and the field order so they can be copied into your system.
How does the digital signature work?
The appraiser signs the PDF with their own .p12 certificate (for example, from an accredited provider in Ecuador). The certificate is used at signing time and is never stored on the server.
Where is the data stored?
On encrypted servers with AES-256 backups, or on the insurer's own server with the Enterprise plan. Every file carries its SHA-256 fingerprint to prove it hasn't been altered.
Which languages does it support?
English and Spanish. The appraiser picks the language for each claim: interviews are transcribed in that language and the report (Word, PDF and plain text) is issued in the appraiser's or the insurer's language. The text can always be reviewed and corrected before the report is issued.
Is there a free trial?
The Appraiser Pro plan includes 14 days or 5 claims at no cost. For insurers we offer a 90-day pilot that is credited toward the annual contract.
